StaffMonitor is currently in private development. The product terms of service that will govern paid use of the platform (service levels, acceptable use, liability) are not yet published and will be made available before general availability. These interim terms cover only this marketing website and the waitlist.
Submitting the waitlist form does not create a contract, reserve pricing, or guarantee access. It records your interest so we can contact you about beta access. We may change the shape, timing, or availability of the beta at any time.
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or submit false information through the waitlist form in a way intended to disrupt it.
The StaffMonitor name, the content of this site, and its design are the property of StaffMonitor SAS or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
This site and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including as to the eventual feature set, pricing, or release date of the product described on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffMonitor SAS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
We may update these interim terms as the product nears launch. The full product terms of service will supersede this page once published.
